Projects

Uganda: Deepening Democracy Programme.

ERIS is currently managing a project in Uganda aimed at strengthening democratic governance. This 3½ year project aims to strengthen democratic governance in Uganda.

Funded by five governments, Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden and UK DFID, the project focuses on six components of enhancing the integrity of elections, strengthening parliament autonomy and oversight, institutionalising and effective party system, improving the capacity of CSOs and media to promote public accountability and civic education.
